Charcuterie Boards
The majority of these premium hardwoods are milled from Nebraska and Iowa trees. They are finished with a 100% natural and food safe oil/beeswax finish.
I can add handles to any board if you want them. Shipping for most of the boards would be around $15-20.
All of the boards would be suitable to be used as cutting boards.

Info & Care
All of the premium hardwoods I buy have been properly dried and I have milled the boards to be flat. The boards are sanded through several grits and finished with Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil, which is a 100% natural and food safe oil & wax finish.
Because these boards will come into contact with food items that contain moisture, here are some tips to care for them:
- Do not soak, submerge, or wash your board in a dishwasher.
- Hand wash with mild soapy water, towel dry, and allow to air dry. Since the original finish contains beeswax, harsh soaps could remove it.
- Condition the board as needed with a mineral oil and beeswax butcher block conditioner such as Howard Butcher Block Conditioner which you can find at home centers. If you use it as a cutting board, you'll want to do this more often. Also, you should condition both sides of the board each time.
NOTE: Wood expands and contracts with moisture changes (including humidity), so raising the bottom a little to get air under it is recommended if you plan on storing flat. You can add rubber feet to it if you like or slightly prop up one end. This will greatly reduce the chance of your board warping or cracking. Here is an example of a board that I took to work and was kept flat for a week. Usually getting air back under it will allow it to go back to flat in several days.
